The envy of the world. With the brains, energy, talent and drive to run our own affairs. We think it's time we were treated that way." A new City Charter for Toronto has been proposed by city residents and is now live online at CharterCityToronto.ca. You can browse or download the proposal at your leisure. Free tickets are still available for the group's public meeting scheduled for Thursday, November 21.
