We list below a link to the currently active projects in the SLNA area, with a synopsis of what is, or is not, going on. There are projects that are in the very early stages of development which may not be included due to there being little or no detail available.
King-Parliament Secondary Plan
City Planning maintains a King-Parliament Development Portal with details on many of these projects. Note: during the planning and approval process developers sometimes (regularly!) want to obtain additional density or height and can receive approval for these variances by negotiating agreements under Sections 37 and Section 45 of the Planning Act.
