Position Statements
Letters of Advocacy and Support
The St. Lawrence Neighbourhood Association's primary area of strategic focus is to advocate on behalf of the more than 35,000 residents it represents to preserve, protect and enhance the quality of life in the St. Lawrence neighbourhood.
Frequently, there are opportunities to express this advocacy by submitting letters of support (or non-support) to various government bodies as well as to non-governmental organizations. These letters, while not formally 'position statements', do help to clarify and amplify the Association's position(s) on the specific matters addressed in each.
Recent letters are posted below, most recent first.
