    Annual Membership fee for Sponsoring (voting) members is $2.75 for each residential unit to a maximum of $375.00 per building.

    • Private Non-Profit Rental Building ‰
    • Co-Operative Housing ‰
    • Toronto Community Housing Corp. Building
    Annual Membership fees for Associate Members are:
    • Non-Profit/Public Agency:  $30.00
    • Small Business:  $150.00
    • Corporate:  $300.00

    Delegates are appointed or elected by the Boards of Directors or membership of each Member Group.
    The number of voting Delegates for Sponsoring Members is based on the number of residential units in the building, to a maximum of 3.
    ​Please ensure you have indicate the number of residential units in your Building in the field above and provide contact information for EACH of your Delegates below:
    • 1-50 units = 1 Delegate
    • 51-100 units = 2 Delegates
    • 101+ units = 3 Delegates
    • Associate Members (all categories) = 1 Delegate
