Join Margaret Atwood, former Ontario Premier Bob Rae, David Mirvish, former Mayors David Crombie and Art Eggleton, and other notable Torontonians including Reality Check founders Ken Greenberg, together with colleagues David Powell, Cameron Charlebois, Helen Burstyn, Anne Golden and Paul Bedford in delivering a Reality Check to federal Liberal MPs.
The purpose of their campaign, called Reality Check, is to protect Toronto’s Inner Harbour from the proposed expansion of the Billy Bishop Airport. You can help by demanding answers from your federal elected representatives and asking that they help stop the undemocratic expansion of Toronto's Island Airport. Collectively, the campaign has already sent over 500 letters to local MPs via the Reality Check website. Above is the campaign video, highlighting the beauty of Toronto’s waterfront and describing how the province's proposed expansion of the Billy Bishop Airport can negatively affect it. Your support in sharing this video, along with the Reality Check website with your friends and other interested parties is appreciated. There’s so much impact that can be made. To make it easy to share, here is some suggested text to go along with it.
